【摘要】:Thisdocumentappliestocylindersforlocksnormallyusedinbuildings,whicharedesignedtobeusedwithcylinders.Thisdocumentspecifiesperformanceandotherrequirementsforthestrength,security,durability,performanceandcorrosionresistanceofcylindersandtheiroriginalkeys.Itestablishesonecategoryofuse,threecategoriesofdurability,twocategorieseachforfireandcorrosionresistanceallbasedonperformancetestsaswellassixgradesofkeyrelatedsecuritybasedondesignrequirementsandthreegradesonperformanceteststhatsimulateattack.Thisdocumentincludestestsofsatisfactoryoperationattemperaturesbetween-20℃and+80℃.Itspecifiestestmethodstobeusedoncylindersandtheirprotectivemeasureslinkedwiththesecylindersandrecommendedbythemanufacturer.CorrosionresistanceisspecifiedbyreferencetotherequirementsoftheEuropeanStandardEN1670ontheprotectionofcorrosionforlocksandbuildinghardware,seeannexB.Thesuitabilityofcylindersforuseonfireorsmoke-doorassembliesisdeterminedbyfireperformancetestsconductedinadditiontotheperformancetestingrequiredbythisstandard.Sincesuitabilityforuseonfiredoorsisnotessentialineverysituation,themanufacturerhastheoptiontostateifthecylinderconformstotheseadditionalrequirementsornot.UnlessotherwisespecifiedcylindersshallconformtotherequirementsspecifiedintherelevantEuropeanStandardEN1634-1orprEN1634-2,seeannexA.Assessmentoffireresistanceofgrade1doorsisbeyondthescopeofthisdocument.Onoccasionstheremaybeaneedforadditionalfunctionswithinthedesignofthecylinder.Purchasersshouldsatisfythemselvesthattheproductsaresuitablefortheirintendeduse.
