【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementssothat:-Itisindependentofthetypeofthethermallysprayedstructure.-Itdefinesqualityrequirementsforthermalsprayingbothinworkshopsandonsite.-Itprovidesguidancefordescribingamanufacturer'scapabilitytoproducethermallysprayedconstructionstomeetspecifiedrequirements.-Itmayalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttohisthermalsprayingcapability.Thisstandardisappropriatewhendemonstrationofamanufacturer'scapabilitytoproducethermallysprayedconstruction,fulfillingspecifiedqualityrequirements,arespecifiedinoneormoreofthefollowing:-acontractbetweeninvolvedparties;-anapplicationstandard;-aregulatoryrequirement.Therequirementscontainedwithinthisstandardmaybeadoptedinfullormaybeselectivelydeletedbythemanufacturerifnotapplicabletotheconstructionconcerned.Theyprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofthermalsprayinginthefollowingcases:-Case1ToprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysysteminaccordancewithENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case2ToprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysystemotherthanENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case3Toprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturerdevelopingaqualitysystem.-Case4Toprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayinginapplicationstandardswhichusesthermalsprayingaspartofitsrequirementsorinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.ItmayhoweverbemoreappropriateforENISO14922-3orENISO14922-4tobeusedinsuchcases.
