【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61243isapplicabletoportablevoltagedetectorswithorwithoutabuilt-inpowersourcetobeusedonelectricalsystemsforvoltagesof1kVto36kVa.c.,andfrequenciesfrom15Hzto60Hz.Thispartappliesonlytoresistivevoltagedetectorsusedincontactwiththeparttobetested,asasingleunitorasaseparatedevicecompletedbyanadaptableinsulatingpolecoveredinIEC60855orIEC61235.Othertypesofvoltagedetectorsarenotcoveredbythispartofstandard.CapacitivevoltagedetectorsarecoveredinIEC61243-1.TheuppervoltagelimitisinaccordancewiththetestsdescribedinthispartofIEC61243.Somerestrictionsontheiruseareapplicableinthecaseoffactory-assembledswitchgearandonoverheadsystemsofelectrifiedrailways(seeannexB).NOTE1Exceptwhenotherwisespecified,allthevoltagesdefinedinthisstandardrefertophase-to-phasevoltagesofthree-phasesystems.Resistivedetectorsmaybeusedinotherthanthree-phasesystems,buttheapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-earth(ground)voltageshallbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.NOTE2Althoughthisstandarddoesnotcoverd.c.voltagedetectors,somedetectorsmayrespondtod.c.voltage.
