【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthepersistentidentifier(PID)frameworkandforusingPIDsasreferencesandcitationsoflanguageresourcesindocumentsaswellasinlanguageresourcesthemselves.Inthiscontext,examplesoflanguageresourcesincludesuchworksasdigitaldictionaries,language-purposedterminologicalresources,machine-translationlexica,annotatedmultimedia/multimodalcorpora,textcorporathathavebeenannotatedwith,forexample,morpho-syntacticinformation,andthelike.Computationalandappliedlinguistsandinformationspecialistscreatesuchresources.ThisInternationalStandardalsoaddressesissuesofpersistenceandgranularityofreferencestoresources,firstbyrequiringthatpersistentreferencesbeimplementedbyusingaPIDframeworkandfurtherbyimposingrequirementsonanyPIDframeworksusedforthispurpose.PIDframeworksalsoallowtheassociationofgeneralmetadatawiththeidentifier,whichcanalsocontaincitationinformation.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsforeffectiveuseofPIDsinlanguageresourcesandcitestheuseofseveralpossibleexistingstandardsandde-factostandards,suchas:ISO690[16],APA[3],MLA[9]forcitationinformation,ISO/IEC21000-17,IETFRFC5147,Annotea[2],temporal-fragment[22],XPointerforpartidentifiersyntaxandPURL[23],ARK[18],HandleSystem[24]andDOI[14].

适用范围
GB/T 17858《包装袋 术语和类型》分为两个部分，本部分为GB/T 17858的第1部分。本部分代替GB/T 17858.1-1999《包装术语 工业包装袋 纸袋》。
本部分规定了纸袋的术语和类型。本部分适用于纸或纸与其他韧性材料复合加工制成的单层或多层包装袋，本部分不适用于零售商品的包装袋。
本部分与GB/T 17858.1-1999相比主要变化如下：
———标准名称改为《包装袋 术语和类型 第1部分：纸袋》；
———标准适用范围修改为“适用于由纸或与其他韧性材料复合加工制成的单层或多层包装袋”；
———删除原版标准中表１；
———修改了伸性纸袋纸的定义，增加埋纱纸袋纸和夹筋纸袋纸的定义。
