【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiestheapplicationinterfaceinthecontextofElectronicFeeCollection(EFC)systemsusingtheDedicatedShort-RangeCommunication(DSRC).TheEFCapplicationinterfaceistheEFCapplicationprocessinterfacetotheDSRCApplicationLayer.Thescopeofthisdocumentcomprisesspecificationsof:—EFCattributes(i.e.EFCapplicationinformation);—theaddressingproceduresofEFCattributesand(hardware)components(e.g.ICCandMMI);—EFCapplicationfunctions,i.e.furtherqualificationofactionsbydefinitionsoftheconcernedservices,assignmentofassociatedActionTypevaluesandcontentandmeaningofactionparameters;—theEFCtransactionmodel,whichdefinesthecommonelementsandstepsofanyEFCtransaction;—thebehaviouroftheinterfacesoastoensureinteroperabilityonanEFC-DSRCapplicationinterfacelevel.Thisisaninterfacestandard,adheringtotheopensystemsinterconnection(OSI)philosophy(ISO/IEC7498-1),anditisassuchnotconcernedwiththeimplementationchoicestoberealisedateithersideoftheinterface.Thisdocumentprovidessecurity-specificfunctionalityasplaceholders(dataandfunctions)toenabletheimplementationofsecureEFCtransactions.Yetthespecificationofthesecuritypolicy(includingspecificsecurityalgorithmsandkeymanagement)remainsatthediscretionandunderthecontroloftheEFCoperator,andhenceisoutsidethescopeofthisdocument.
