【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS21268specifiesatest,whichisaimedatdeterminingtheleachingbehaviourofinorganicandorganicconstituentsfromasoilandsoilmaterial.Themethodisaonce-throughpercolationtestwithwater(0,001mol/lCaCl2)understandardizedconditionsofflowrate.Thematerialisleachedunderdynamichydraulicconditions.Theeluatesobtainedcanbeusedtodeterminetheecologicalpropertiesofthesoilwithrespecttomicro-organisms,floraandfauna.Thetestresultsenablethedistinctionbetweendifferentreleasepatterns,forinstancewash-outandreleaseundertheinfluenceofinteractionwiththematrix,whenapproachinglocalequilibriumbetweenmaterialandleachant.Thistestmethodproduceseluates,whichcansubsequentlybecharacterisedbyphysical,chemicalandecotoxicologicalmethodsinaccordancewithexistingstandardmethods.Theresultsofeluateanalysisarepresentedasafunctionoftheliquid/solidratio.Thetestisnotsuitableforspeciesthatarevolatileunderambientconditions.NOTE1Volatileorganicconstituentsincludethelow-molecular-weightcomponentsinmixturessuchasmineraloil.NOTE2Itisnotalwayspossibletooptimisetestconditionssimultaneouslyforinorganicandorganicconstituentsandoptimumtestconditionsmayalsovarybetweendifferentgroupsoforganicconstituents.Testrequirementsfororganicconstituentsaregenerallymorestringentthanthoseforinorganicconstituents.Thetestconditionssuitableformeasuringthereleaseoforganicconstituentswillgenerallyalsobeapplicabletoinorganicconstituents.NOTE3Forecotoxicologicaltesting,eluatesrepresentingthereleaseofbothinorganicandorganiccontaminantsareneeded.Inthisdocument,ecotoxicologicaltestingisalsomeanttoincludegenotoxicologicaltesting.Theapplicationofthistestmethodaloneisnotsufficientforthedeterminationoftheleachingbehaviourofamaterialunderspecifiedconditionsdifferenttothosefromthetestprocedure,sincethisgenerallyrequirestheapplicationofseveraltestmethods,behaviouralmodellingandmodelvalidation.ThispartofISO/TS21268doesnotaddressissuesrelatedtohealthandsafety.ItonlydeterminestheleachingpropertiesasoutlinedinClause4.
